The board is currently looking for passionate and committed aspirants for the post of Assistant Professor, Administrative Officer, Librarian, Section Officer, Senior Personal Assistant, Sr. Technical Assistant (Computer), Semi Professional Assistant (Library), Assistant, Junior Assistant, Library Assistant, MTS-Library and MTS-Computer Lab.

Professors (Teaching Deptt.) will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the University's requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills. The ideal candidates should be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development. A Professor's responsibilities include presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning, providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning and creating and distributing educational content. The candidate should have proven experience as a Professor. They are required to have thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures, should have excellent communicability and interpersonal skills, Well-organized and committed, Creative and energetic as well should have Strong moral values and discipline.

An Administrative Officer's profile will be to join the team and support their daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing University records. Academic librarians will be responsible for acquiring, organising, managing and distributing library resources, and ensuring that library provision meets the needs of all its users. Academic librarianship is a people-focused role, requiring individuals to manage learning resources while keeping the library users' needs in mind. Duties vary considerably according to the size of library. A Personal Assistants' job will be to be acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients, Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence and Handling requests and queries appropriately. They will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) are required whose job will be to setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers, maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices, installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.). They must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality. The goal is to install and maintain high quality networks and computer systems.

8 Assistant 03 Posts 30 Years A Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with working knowledge of computers, and Diploma / Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Applications / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline Or,

Mode of Selection

The candidates applying for PGDAV Recruitment will be selected based on the result of their performance in interview.

Application Fee:

Fees for both Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts:

  • Rs. 500/- for UR / OBC category.
  • No application fee will be charged from applicants from SC, ST, PwD and Women Applicants.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
