The main aim of IBPS is to simplify the recruitment process in all private sector banks in India. IBPS provides an opportunity to all young graduates who are looking for the career in banking sector by conducting online exam which is the latest and standardize system for assessment and result processing on regular basis. Earlier candidates had to appear in multiple exam for different banks, but now they are only require to clear one exam and this will open the window of opportunities in mainly all bank in India. IBPS currently functions as an autonomous body that is conducting online competitive exams for recruitment of clerical and officers' posts in the banking sector.
